I wanted to thank you and to thank your team for their courtesy and
dedication in handling my trip to Kiev over the last two weeks. From the
initial contact, I have had no doubt about the professionalism of your
service --though one may have some legitimate hesitations in arranging a
trip on the net. There has been no surprise and the timing of all has
just been perfect. You have answered all the queries I have put through
to you, have delivered all the paper documentation such as the
invitation letter for the visa on time and there has been no bad
surprise regarding the accomodation or other services you are providing.
I most of all appreciated the possibility to pay by credit card
--whether before to secure the apartment or even upon check-in hence
reducing the risks associated with the carrying of large amount of cash.
As you know, I had been to Kiev before through other organisations and
had paid much more but I cannot say I have been as much satisfied as
using your service. I would like to reassure potential customers or
people surfing the net. There is no need to do the same mistakes as I
did before. It is not because prices are higher on the net at other
sites than Alexander's one, whether for accomodation or services, that
you will get a better quality service as a customer. Actually,
Alexander's service is probably the best quality to price ratio for one
who wants to visit Kiev or Ukraine whether for private or professional
reasons. Flats are all located centrally in a very nice and convenient
area, furnished with style and care and all amenities are as described.
There is just no bad surprise. And Alexander and his staff are only a
call away, always trying to please the customer. Continue the good work,
Alexander, and be sure I will market your service around me and use it

when I arrived last week from Seattle. I enjoyed my stay in Kiev very
much. When I requested an apartment from you over the Internet I was
concerned that the apartment would not be as good as it was described

great deal of walking everyday and the location of the apartment was
central to those areas I wanted to see. Being close to good

I had to stay a week in Kiev for the organization I
work for. At less the half of the price of an hotel I had a very nice
and comfortable apartment in Pavlivska Street. This is a very quiet
area. All the things you need, shops, restaurant, bank are only a few
steps away from the apartment. The service that Alex provided was
really very good, a very comfortable trip from and to the airport, and
a very friendly and quick service if I needed something. Only one word

I just returned from a delightful 12 day stay in
Kiev. It was wonderful! Alexander’s hospitality and the comfort and
convenience of my apartment at Kiev Hotel Apartments (Desyatinnaya
Street) made my visit very enjoyable. Alexander was exceptionally
patient with my many questions before I arrived, offering as much
information as I needed. Though I didn’t need his assistance during my
stay, he provided me with his number and other useful telephone
numbers in the event I needed help. Of course, being met at the
airport and being transported to my apartment was a great service. If
I return to Kiev, I will certainly call upon Alexander again. It is
much more economical and comfortable than hotels. I highly recommend
“Restaurant Kniazhy Grad” located adjacent to the Desyatinnaya Street

In April 2002 we had a great 5 day holiday in Kiev,
blue skies and sunshine. We were very happy with the accommodation and
the information Alexander gave us. It's great to be met at the airport
and taken to where you're staying. Having read in all the guidebooks
that Kiev is "the most expensive city in Europe" we were delighted to
discover the opposite was true! For a start, it's excellent value to
stay in the apartments, then there's the wonderful self service
restaurant Alexander told us about, and most of all several visits to
the opera sitting in the front stalls listening to top class singers,
we'd never have afforded that at Covent Garden! These were all
unexpected bonuses to a city which lived up to and exceeded all
expectations of grandeur. We certainly hope to return some day - maybe
to take a cruise up the river next time. Thank you!

We spent 6 days (and 5 nights) in Kiev and it was
great. We spent all days walking through this very impressive city. A
lot to see (catherdrals, builings, Iron lady) and to do (musea,
opera). We liked it very much. The appartment was great. Especially
were it's situated: in the heart of the old centre. The bedroomwindow
looks out to St. Michael Monestry ! Alexander was very nice and told
us interesting facts about Kiev. Thanks for your warm welcome and

I recently spent 15 days in Kiev, During my
search for a place to stay I came across Alexander's website and his
Hotel/Apartment Service in Kiev. Upon my initial contact he was very

centrally located in an upscale neighborhood, and inexpensive. The
advice on your website was accurate and pertinent. The service you

travel and money details was particularly appreciated. I expected Kyiv
to be a city out of a George Orwell novel, and I was very pleasantly
surprised: I felt safe, even alone at night. There was no evidence of
crime or harassment. The residents of Kyiv were happy and polite, and
fun to be with. There were shops and ATM's everywhere, that accepted
all of my bank and credit cards. The local convenience store had
excellent food and western drugstore items, and even stocked my
favorite (and somewhat hard to obtain) brand of single malt scotch!

I was recently in Kiev and
rented a apartment from Kiev Hotel Apartment Service. The apartment was
wonderful, it is very centrally located with plenty of access to
shops, restaurants, and markets. The metro is only five minutes away,
making transportation very easy and affordable. Taxis are also very
easy to get, usually just outside the door. The apartment is very
close to many interesting sites, and is located in the Historic District
of Kiev, where many of the Embassies are. I found the services provided
by Kiev Hotel Apartment Service to be very helpful for a person
traveling in the Ukraine. The service provided transportation from the
airport and was very helpful in registering my visa, as required by
Ukrainian Law.

My
wife and I have stayed several times in Alex's flats - you can expect:
attractive rates, large & well appointed Euro-standard suites with
reliable amenities (one can grow weary of cold water showers in some other
facilities!), full kitchen, washer/dryer, secure premises, and reliable
service including airport pickup/drop-off. Also: internet access is
relatively simple - at least the Desyatinnaya Street apartment has US style
phone jack, one can get a prepaid internet access card at the local Pochta
and plug in. On prior trips I had stayed at hotels, and suffered ruinous
rates, insouciant abuse (oops, "service") at the grand old
socialist-realist hotel you-know-what on Khreschatik. My comments are
unsolicited - I recall nervously trying to get a reference the first time
I braved the flat-for-rent alternative, so I thought I'd post comments
- (from

my recent excursion to Kiev I took an apartment with Kiev Apartment and
Hotel Service. This was my third trip to the city and I must admit I was
most impressed with this Service. Although my arrival was delayed nearly
two hours, Alex stood by to deliver me to my flat. The apartment was
clean, well equipped, centrally located with no shortage of hot water. At
no charge Alex volunteered to register my passport with OVIR......this
included a health insurance policy! I would like to commend Alex for being
so prompt, so courteous and his assurance that he is available 24 hours
everyday for his clients was certainly reassuring. Thank you Alex for all
